Problem.
In 2021, humans produced an estimated 57.4 million tonnes of electronic waste. Today, most electronics are only used for an average of 3.5 years, compared to the 1990s it’s 20 years. The life span is only going to get shorter each year under current progress.
Connect Tech with Users.
People usually see technology as disposable tools that constantly get outdated. The research mostly focuses on the user’s ergonomics, working habits, and style in order to build a connection between users and technology. Also took inspiration from products that age well over time.
Design Process.
Ideation and prototyping forms that are sculptural and dynamic, which set itself from typical technology products. The final form has a unique design language that seamlessly integrates with any material and shapes that the user selected.
Customize System.
Sculpt offers a personalized experience to users, who can choose from a variety of models that best fit their hands and usage habits. In addition, a selection of curated timeless materials can be chosen to match the user's preferred style.

The final outcome is completely personalized, each user can get their perfect fit and style, with timeless materials. The result here showcases how the selected materials will gracefully age with use, creating a unique and personalized product for each user.
Petina.
Over time, the surface of the material used in Sculpt develops unique finishes and colors that are personalized to each individual user through prolonged usage.
Packaging all the technology components into a removable unit in order for the user to update and fix while preserving their personalized mouse.
