More Than a Stool.
A versatile stool that can transform into a personal workspace on the floor. In the shift from traditional office to open workspace and even home workspace, Orbit is furniture that also breaks the traditional boundaries, it allows people to work in their comfort and use the space however they prefer.

As more people shift away from working in limited office spaces, modern open and home workspaces offer greater flexibility that can adapt to different people's needs. Despite this, many furniture options still limit the usage of these spaces.
Problem.
What started as an initial idea to detach the seat and use it as a cushion has evolved into a fully functional personal workspace. Redesigned detail such as stool legs to provide larger space for the feet, allowing for greater comfort.
Design Process.
Testing scale and feature with sketch model made with home-safe material during the remote learning phase.
Sketch Model.
Featuring a simple geometric design with neutral material that fits well into any interior space. The redesigned stool legs guide the circular design language through the entire product.
